As we put the finishing touches to issue 09 this week, we'd like to confirm that this one's got a whole section dedicated to motorcycles. There are no less than 48 pages of 2 wheeled content from a total of 160. It's kind of a magazine-within-a-magazine, and it may lead to more bike projects, but who knows..

Our photos from the reliability run last weekend are still sitting waiting for some attention. Unfortunately, the run won't make it in to issue 09 but I guess that means more time to keep posting up shots here and there, and more time to make a great feature for issue 10. 

Dallas giving it some beans on today's shoot..

Dallas' Yamaha was the last shoot for issue 09. We shot it under the Citylink flyover at Flemington. Great spot, and the light was perfect. 

The only disapointment was the parking ticket on my winscreen when I got back to my car, but I have decided it was totally worth it.

The River City Coupe & Roadster Club are this weekend holding thier first ever event in the form of a reliabilty run tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. 

As a meet and greet and to have a chat of some food and a few drinks, tonight was the pre event get together deep in the Victorian suburbs just outside Melbourne. 

Ryan Cochran, founder and owner of the Jalopy Journal is in Australia as guest of honour for the weekend so everyone was of course delighted to meet Ryan in person and catch up with him, considering most people present are active members of the HAMB forum. 

Tomorrow is the cruise, so a few more pics coming soon. Hopefully, we should have a feature of the event in our next issue.. if we can squeeze it in before it goes to press in the next couple of weeks.
